In the rush of today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. Our group, Zen Concept, is dedicated to fostering mindfulness and a deep sense of presence. While this group usually focus on Zen breathing and meditation, this upcoming session will be a bit different—an informal tea/ coffee chat designed to explore practical ways we can all cultivate presence in our daily lives.
What is this event about?
This is a relaxed, informal tea/coffee chat focused on the theme of "Being in the Present." In a small group, we’ll come together to discuss ways to enhance focus, reduce stress, and bring more calm into our busy lives through mindfulness.
Who should join?
This event is open to all who want to share insights and learn practical tips or experiences for a more mindful life. We will reflect, share and learn from each other.
What will we talk about?
We’ll cover how each of us tries to stay present amidst a busy world. Topics may include ways to handle stress, wisdom of enhancing focus, and other mindful practices that help create a sense of calm. It’s a great chance to learn from others’ experiences and gain new ideas for mindful living.
Is there a fee to participate?
It is free. Please just purchase your own drink at the café to support the venue.
