In 2018, Bri Norberg founded Powered by Women, driven by her vision to create a networking community that breaks away from the conventional, overly formal settings. She saw a need for a space where women could feel genuinely understood and appreciated—not only as entrepreneurs but as individuals seeking connection and growth. Powered by Women was born out of the desire to forge real friendships and collaborative business relationships in an atmosphere brimming with inspiration and support. Since then, we’ve hosted hundreds of events, nurturing a thriving community that now spans from Sacramento, Southern California, and now, the Bay Area. Our journey is a testament to the power of authentic connections in driving personal and professional growth.
