gotRVA's 12th Annual Crazy Christmas Hat and Sweater Christmas Cookout

Each Year I through a big Christmas Cookout for my group Get Out Today RVA. (gotRVA) This year I want to invite all P.O.W.E.R. Pickleball Instructional Classes (PPIC) members to participate.

Join us on Saturday Night, December 7th for our annual BIG event, Get Out Today RVA's 12th Annual Crazy Christmas Hat and Sweater Christmas Cookout. Come dressed up in your craziest Christmas outfit, costume, sweater, and/or hat. Get ready to strut your stuff and show off your outfit on the catwalk!

In addition, we will have our Pickleball Court lit up and available for play, so bring your paddle.

WHEN: Saturday, December 7th. It starts around 6:30ish and ends when the last person leaves. You can arrive when you want, and leave when you need, but no matter when you arrive, DON'T MISS OUT on all the fun.

SUPPLIED: Our backyard with all the decorations. One Pickleball court. We will have TWO Fire Pits going to keep you warm. As for food, we will supply the hamburgers, buns, and all the fixings. We also will have plenty of paper and plastic ware. Plus, I will have my large hot water percolator going with hot chocolate, hot apple cider mix, and hot coffee to help keep you warm.

WHAT YOU BRING: This event is Pot Luck Style, so you bring a side dish to share, your own adult beverage, and some Christmas Cheer. No White Elephant gift exchange this year.

COST: $4 for this event. If you would like to contribute more, that would be helpful. The donation can will be on the stereo. but, if you've ever taken a class from me, then it'll be free for you.

WHERE: For The first time ever, this party will be held on the Southside in Morgan and Lisa's backyard. We are located near the Hull Street and Genito intersection. Our address is 11340 Stigall Court, Chesterfield 23112.

PARKING: The is plenty of parking on the street and in the culdesac. When you arrive, walk up the driveway, around the pickleball court, and into the backyard.

CANCELATION: Rain and/or freezing temperatures will cancel this event. A cancellation decision will be made by 2pm. If canceled, this event will be rescheduled for Saturday, Dec 13th.
