What we’re about

Need more power to solve complex life situations?
Feel the need for intellectual activity?

Join The Thinkers Group to learn and practice HIGH THINKING METHODS from great philosophers like Aristotle, Plato, Kant, Heidegger, and others.

WHAT IS HIGH THINKING?
High thinking (also called concept thinking, philosophical thinking, deep thinking, focused thinking, clear thinking, or vision) is a method of learning to systematically get to the truth of things.
High thinking is re-interpretation of fundamental concepts (ex. understanding of understanding).
High thinking is an ability to create unique meaning based on direct perception of reality.
High thinking is an independent activity done before actions to greatly improve their success.

WHAT IS HIGH THINKING FOR?
The quality of our thinking defines our existence, whether we recognize this connection or not. High thinking is essential for solving complex problems and dealing with the unknown. It is a "must-have" in fields like science, management, entrepreneurship, and art, as well as for people with need for self-realization. Such individuals often run their own projects, taking on both freedom and responsibility.

HOW WILL WE LEARN?
First, I will explain one of the methods, and then we will practice it. The estimated time is 2 hours per session, held monthly in a café.

The practice will mainly involve in-depth interpretation or re-interpretation of:

  • Key concepts of human existence (e.g., understanding, life, happiness, success, decision-making), or concepts chosen by the group.
  • Conceptual art masterpieces (such as excerpts from texts, paintings, movies, etc.)—the specific focus will depend on the participants.

Your age, gender, nationality, and work background do not matter. High thinking is above all of that. LOL. What matters is seeing thinking as beautiful and engaging, rather than difficult and boring.

Please bring a pen and paper. Drinks can be ordered at the café at their regular prices.
