Pregnant women prepare for birth and parenthood, connect with like-minded women to build community and help to alleviate pregnancy discomforts. Our gently flowing practice is perfect for both pre/postnatal mamas and will help you to improve circulation, ease digestion, strengthen your uterus and pelvic floor muscles, and simply make you more at ease throughout your pregnancy and beyond. We take plenty of time to share and address common challenges we face over the prenatal journey. Through strengthening and stretching, breath work, meditation, and relaxation you will enhance your confidence and nurture connection with your baby and enjoy the beauty of pregnancy and birth.
