Join us for fun, knitting, noshing, and visiting local yarn shops in our area!! Below is the information I have at this time. Post questions/considerations in the comments below.

**Read this Carefully, Please**
The RCYC dates are: Thursday, March 6th-9th, 2025
We will be participating as a group: March 6-7, 2025
On your own: March 8-9, 2025

**Before the Yarn Crawl**
**The Plan:**
**Reserve Your Spot**
1\. We will be taking a van and going as a group of giddy knitters for March 6\-7\, 2025\. That's two days this year\!\! Woo hoo\!\! This is the plan\. Sign up will determine what the days participating will look like\.

2. **Reserve your space** with a $40.00 (suggested donation or lesser amount) deposit for two days. This is a suggested donation. Of course, you can contribute less. I will post your name on this page in the comments below when I receive your deposit and reserve a seat for you. You can break your payment up into two payments if you like. **Send payment to patriciababbitt@gmail.com through [Paypal](https://www.paypal.com/signin) .**
3. **Reserve the Van** Once I have a head count, I will reserve the size van we need. Please commit to both days if you can! I'm not up for a logistical nightmare of who is going when and if there are seats available for that day. Girls just wanna have fun!! Am I right??!!

**2\. Wear Your Knits\!\!**
There will be photos taken at shops for their websites, and our group can show up and show out!! You have time to make something awesome if that tickles your inner knitter!! It will be close to Spring if that inspires you!!

**The Passport**
Before the Crawl, fill out and print **[your Passport](https://www.rosecityyarncrawl.com/passport)**. This is the link to the page, but the passport is not available just yet.

From the RCYC website: Please be sure to **very clearly print your information**. Have it stamped at each location. We will visit as many shops as possible. The remaining shops will be yours for the remaining on your own days (the last two). Feel free to add any helpful explanatory notes regarding email addresses containing letters/numbers that look similar, like 0 (number zero) vs O (capital letter o) or l (lower case letter l) vs I (capital letter i) vs 1 (number one). If you win a prize, we want to be able to contact you! Thanks for your help!

**During the Yarn Crawl**
**Meet At:**
Meet at Fred Meyer's on Mill Plain by 205 at 9:30 am. Look for me **in the parking lot between the Fred Meyer Building and Mill Plain Blvd (Very back parking lot)**. I will be driving (**TBD**) van.

**Your Rose City Yarn Crawl Passport:**
**Bring your RCYC passport**. Get it stamped at each of the participating shops. Then submit your completed passport at the last shop you visit before the close of business on Sunday. This is completely voluntary!! You are **NOT** required to participate if you choose not to.

**Sign In at Each Shop**
Sign in at each shop you visit to be entered to win **one of FIVE** prizes offered at each shop. No purchase is necessary.

**Lunch**
There will be a lunch stop for each day, and will be included in the itinerary. Bring snacks and something to drink while we are road tripping between yarn shops.

**After the Yarn Crawl**
Prize winners are notified and posted online the first Tuesday after the crawl. Enjoy your lovely new yarns!!! I always find something to bring home!!
