Do you want to live more in the present moment?
Our group meets weekly to share our experiences seeking/prioritizing presence, what has helped us, share progress updates, and take time to listen to each individual while actively trying to help them achieve higher and more continuous states of presence.
We may do other mindfulness activities and of course, socialize!
