An intimate meditation class centered around the practice of Mindful Awakening. Guided meditation in classic mindfulness techniques as well as Direct path teachings and pointers. ​Time for questions, reports, and reflection. Followed by tea, cookies, and social time.

Taught by Christopher Kelly, Ph.D. who has had the good fortune of training with some of the world's best living teachers including mindfulness with Shinzen Young, neo-advaita with Adyashanti, and many retreats in the Thai Forest Tradition with Luang Por Passano.
