She is a certified trainer in Clarity Catalyst Courses, which originated from Stanford University MBA course, Creativity in Business, designed to unlock potential and drive performance through enhanced self-awareness and strategic mindset shifts. She implements these programs in corporate, adult education, and teen settings.
With a passion for personal development and leadership, Joyce designs and leads training focused on creativity for peak performance, emotional intelligence-based leadership, and overcoming imposter syndrome rooted in her belief that emotional intelligence is the cornerstone of effective leadership and personal development.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, this event is your chance to discover recipes that will wow your guests and bring unforgettable flavors to the holiday table. Open to the first 25 people who register, this event offers:
• Live Food Demonstrations to showcase the art of plant-based cooking.
• Take-Home Recipes that make it easy to recreate these crowd-pleasing dishes for family and friends!
Our vibrant, flavor-packed menu for the evening includes:
1. Berry Green Salad – A fresh mix of organic greens with juicy strawberries, blueberries, and a crunch of candied pecans, all brought together with a homemade basil-lime dressing for a refreshing and balanced start.
2. Nori-Seasoned Chickpea Salad – A unique twist on tuna salad, this dish combines chickpeas with crisp celery, carrots, and a touch of nori seasoning for a subtle ocean flavor that’s entirely plant-based and deeply satisfying.

Visit from Santa Claus: Santa will be making a special appearance to bring joy to all. Residents and guests can take photos with Santa and share their holiday wishes.
Live Music: Enjoy live musical performances that will feature a mix of classic holiday songs and cheerful melodies. This will create a warm, uplifting atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.
Gifts and Prizes: Exciting gifts and door prizes will be given out throughout the evening to add a touch of surprise and delight.
Light Hors d’oeuvres: Savor a selection of delicious light hors d’oeuvres . Our offerings will include an assortment of both sweet and savory bites to satisfy everyone’s palate.
