The entrance to the Dojo is the door just to the right of California Sun Tanning. Park in the lot before (to the right of) the Starbucks. Go up the stairs and to the left.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, this session is suitable for everyone looking to develop inner power, harmony, and balance through the practice of Taiji.

To accomplish this, we will unite the body and mind and begin the work of transforming ourselves. After all, that's what it's all about.

In this session, you will be guided through a series of Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises aimed at improving freedom, connection, awareness, and overall well-being.

We will cover cultivating the principles, where to focus your efforts, practical applications, and some partner work.

These sessions are rigorous, insightful, and fun.
