Join us for the OKR Roast, where hosts Victoria Sheer and Alexandru Bleau will dive into real OKRs submitted by attendees, delivering witty yet insightful critiques and providing actionable feedback on how they can go awry—and how to make them better.
Attendees are encouraged to submit OKR-related topics or challenges, covering anything from process, fostering OKR habits, or aligning OKRs with larger strategy and vision. All submissions will be handled anonymously and anonymized as necessary, so don’t hold back!
P.S. This interactive online event will aim to address all submissions live, but anything left unaddressed will be followed up asynchronously or featured in a future OKR Roast.

Victoria Sheer: Victoria is a seasoned Product and Strategy Operations leader with over a decade of experience. She specializes in scaling product organizations by fostering alignment between strategy and execution at all levels.
Having worked for both large corporations like Henkel and Aldi Süd to set up product management practice, as well as various startups as an external consultant, Victoria brings a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience.Alexandru Bleau: Alexandru is a senior product manager with over 10 years experience. He has worked on or built advertising products, online services, mobile apps & games and physical, educational and travel products. He has worked with OKRs and helped other teams and companies to successfully use the goal system since 2017 and he also learns by using them with his teams and products.
He's known for his analytical approach and ability to help teams optimize or fix their OKR processes, ensuring they drive both user and business outcomes.
