ProductTank is a global network of meetups for product people, by product people, and provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Munich to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.

Conversion Rate Optimization often faces misconceptions in the product world, but in my experience, it has been invaluable in establishing true customer centricity by emphasizing research, validation, and experimentation. As Product Managers, often we're faced not only with the decision IF we'll integrate Machine Learning methods in our products, but also on HOW to approach it. On this talk, Paulo will go over both the initial decision on whether to do it, as well as on a few common strategies that can be adopted when the decision is made to go forward with it.
🗣 Bios: Paulo Azevedo is a Brazilian computer scientist with over 10 years experience in the field, working in roles such as data scientist, product owner and solutions architect. He's passionate about user-machine interfaces and automation, especially on ML-enabled systems.
