El Pilón de los Arrieros is a beautiful spot, with amazing birria de chivo with all the wonderful sides. Their sopa de tortilla is also outstanding.
Nueve Esquinas is a really cute part of town many people aren’t familiar with. There is an old cantina nearby which makes pitaya and tequila drinks.
It is a Guadalajara and a Pro Friends tradition to go every year. Don’t miss it!
