What do RFK, Tulsi Gabbard, and I have in common? We are all traditional liberals holding strong progressive values who are SICK of the destructive politics imposed on our country by its Democratic leadership. Personally, I strongly disagree with Republicans on the vast majority of issues. However, today I find it easier to talk and make friends with conservatives than my own political spectrum.
As a progressive committed to the Enlightenment values, I am tired of the divisive race, gender, and transphobia peddling. I am tired of the endless wars for profit. The rise in crime rates because of our incompetent Democratic leadership on both national and local levels. We need to press the reset button NOW! I am no fan of Donald Trump. However, as much as it pains me to admit, RFK and Tulsi may just be right. Perhaps the only way to stop this lunacy is to elect Trump as president.
This group is for everyone regardless of their political leanings. But especially for those who identify as liberals and yearn for the country to return to its original progressive values. Let's create an inclusive community, hold discussions, and in the process create lasting friendships. As the election approaches, we can also consider actionable ways to promote our views to voters.
