What we’re about
Psych. & Spirit Ministries exists to equip and empower women to walk in the fullness of their identities by cultivating a Christ=-centered community for emotion and spiritual growth.
This "always free" and "incredibly warm" community exists because we never sell, solicit, or pressure women. Instead, we welcome, encourage, and celebrate them!
It is my firm belief that if the mission of this group resonates with you that you just may be in a season of undoing. Perhaps you are in the exciting and sometimes confusing, or overwhelming process of becoming. Regardless of your identified season, if you have been somewhere not so lovely and are looking to put the pieces of life back together again, this is a community for you. Here, we will explore what is looks like when life doesn't go as planned. We will uncover what walking in the fullness of your identity in Christ looks like after tripping and stumbling in a life that wasn't actually meant for you. This will be a community specifically designed for women-- for emotional healing and for spiritual growth. Welcome! I pray that you stay as long as you need and you are able to one day call this place home.
This Christian devotional group for women is the group you have been looking for! We are a welcoming group of women who are hoping to make friends and get to know God better. We are currently discussing our devotional book but we also have open discussions around any topic that our girlfriends want to bring up.
We are very informal! Don't want to get on camera? No problem! Running a bit late? That's fine too! Not sure you want to say anything? You don't have to! Want to bring a friend? The more the merrier! Come as you are, stay as long as you can. We are hear to grow together in kindness and grace.
We will meet weekly on Thursdays at 6PM EST in our zoom room!

The flow of the night is:

- Gratitude moment.
- Read our devotional (don't worry if you don't have a book, I read it out loud every week).
- Discuss the devotional together and offer sisters support/encouragement.
- Close in prayer.
I can't wait to meet you!
