This is the Meetup group associated with Westwood Healing Arts. We are located on Queen Anne at the Arbor Space Building, 2120 First Ave North. And sometimes on zoom. I am Amy Wolf; I have been studying psychic reading and trance mediumship since the early 1980s. I teach psychic development for beginners, reiki one and two, and self-protection for uncontrolled empaths.
Psychic development includes working with your chakras, your guides, and your higher self. It is a very participatory class and you do best if you expect to practice at home as well, at least in the form of meditation.
