What we’re about
Puget Sound Firearms Enthusiasts was founded in 2012. On Fri 1/14/2022 at 6:06am, PSFE was deleted from meetup and I'm currently fighting tooth and nail to get all of the pictures, posts/threads from the message board and discussions as well as the money/expense report from our original PSFE meetup group. Once I receive all the pictures/content, I will repost them on the new and improved Puget Sound Firearms Enthusiasts rebooted no thanks 2 meetup shooting club.
Firearms have been an integral part of American culture right from our country's birth to the present day. If all you're looking for is a group of people who just like guns but without all the messy politics, you've come to the right place. This group is open to all men and women who are at least 18+ years old. This group is for all Washingtonians who care about keeping our rights to own firearms, shooting sports and to those who defend the 2nd amendment.
Since we have members throughout the greater Puget Sound area, naturally not everyone will be able to attend our meetup events...so all PSFE members can host their own meetup events.
**If you would like to host your own meetup event, just contact my co-organizer (Jeff, the one with the Alaskan Malamute) with the date/time/location of your event and he will make you the host of your own meetup event.
******As stated above, anyone in this group can organize a "group meetup". If my "location" or our "Sundays" don't work for you, feel free to post your own meetup event. In the past, we had coffee/lunch meetups, so please don't think you have to limit your meetup as a "shooting event". BBQs, Gun Shows, Movie Nights, Reloading Parties, Hiking, Fishing, snowshoeing, gun rallies, self-defense classes....etc...whatever you want to do is fair game...as we all share one common interest..."Firearms".
**Make sure that you visit https://4142298.xyz/puget-sound-firearms-enthusiasts-rebooted-no-thanks-2-meetup/ every 3 months so you don't get dropped as an "inactive" member.
******Those of you who participate in our recreational outdoor shooting events, remember...Woodsy The Owl..."Give a hoot—don't pollute!"
Let's all do what we can to keep our planet clean for the following generations to come. (Click on the link below)...
About Annie's Song...
The earth we all share is beautiful. It provides our food, the air we breathe and vast wonders to behold. It gives so much to each of us and requires only kindness in return. We hope you will be inspired as you take a visual tour of the earth while gliding on the melody of John Denver's classic "Annie's Song"...Our beautiful world. Pass It On.

Hello. My name is "The Brave One" and I'd like to welcome you personally to Puget Sound Firearms Enthusiasts Rebooted. Our group is simply guns, shooting, and anything else gun related. Please feel free to participate in meetups, suggest a meetup and participate in message board discussions as well.
Whether it's an informal shooting match, a BBQ or even just getting together for a cup of coffee, I'm sure you'll find activities here that will suit you.
If you would like to host your own meetup event, just contact my co-organizer (Jeff, the one with the Alaskan Malamute) with the date/time of your event and he will make you the host of your own meetup event.

Just a reminder, everyone in this group can organize a "group meetup". If my "location" or my "Sundays" don't work for you, feel free to post your own meetup event. Let's do a pit shoot on any given Sunday when it's not raining cats and dogs. If the weather forecast looks bad, we will "shoot" for the following Sunday.
What you pack in, you must pack out...so paper/cardboard targets only. Bring water, toilet paper/spade, snacks, ground tarp, rain gear, eye and ear protection, paper/cardboard targets, binder clips for paper targets, ammo and your trusty "boomstick"....if you have a "Discover Pass" bring it, if not, don't worry about it. Parking is limited, so lets meet at the Costco in Woodinville and carpool out to Duvall and do some shooting.
It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk in from the main road. Even longer if you're hiking in a bunch of gear. First-time out...travel light and/or bring a wagon/cart to haul your gear in. 2nd time out, you'll know your body/limits on how much gear you can take. There is an uphill but it's not steep.
.....Go to the 2nd driveway into Costco. Across from "Drive Auto Center" and the "Woodinville Self Storage"... Look for a black Saturn with Alaska and Marine Corps license plates.
For those of you who want to meet in Duvall...shoot me a private message with your phone #. We will meet you at Pho Thailand/Duvall Market....15820 Main St NE, Duvall, WA 98019
...Remember, it's about a 15 to 20 minute walk in from the main road. You will have to carry your paper targets, guns, ammo, food/water and any other range gear that you may need both to and from your vehicle. It's public land, so you need to pick up all your trash and pack it out with you. If the shooting pit turns into a public garbage dump, then the state will post up "no shooting" signs and declare it a no shooting zone....just as they did along I-90....pistols, shotguns, rifles are fine....shooting distance all depends on who is shooting at the pit and where they are shooting from. 100 + yards....to 50 yards....to 25 yards....to 10 feet...its public land so the pit is open to everyone....you just have to follow and shoot where everyone else is shooting from as there is no mandatory firing line....
Washington State prohibits the use of Explosive and incendiary items on public lands. So no Tannerite.
...... Anyone who needs "Ambo" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdR4g9DXrAg as John Wick gets more range time in... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xii9_oWQ7HY let me know and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
**Remember..safety ALWAYS comes first. I'll set up a "beginner" range for all new shooters so we can shoot safe/slow and not hold up the rest of the group. Here are the 4 basic safety rules for firearms:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQrlDUIZ3f0Any unsafe acts will not be tolerated. I'll give a safety briefing at the shooting pit before we shoot. Let's all have a safe/fun shoot.**

Thinking about buying a firearm for the first time? Or maybe you're a new gun owner and you have questions about your gun(s) but you're too afraid to ask. Want to learn about firearm safety and proper range etiquette?
Well this event is for you.. it's all about questions and answers. So if you're a new gun owner and you have questions about your gun...bring your gun, ammo and your questions.
If you're thinking about becoming a gun owner for the very first time, bring your questions/concerns.
Remember...there is no such thing as a stupid question.
** This event is a cross meetup event to our monthly pit cleans and shoots. If the weather forecast looks bad, we will "shoot" for the following Sunday.
