What we’re about
This group is created with the purpose of supporting each other in self improvement journey. If you are fighting with depression, anxiety, loneliness, overthinking, emotional difficulties or any mental health issues, this group can act as a support group where people can come together and talk about challenges/difficulties they are facing, how they are coping with them or resolving them, listen to what others want to share, get spiritual guidance, try to help each other in whatever ways possible and create a community of people who support in each others betterment.
This group is not for people who have severe mental health issues because professional medical help should be sought in that situation. If you are suffering from mental health issue, see a medical doctor (psychologist/psychiatrist/counsellor) first because this group isn't a substitute for that. We do not provide any medical/professional advise here. This is more of informal setting where people come together talk, vent, share, listen and help each other.
