"Puppy Mill Free Westminster" is a community-driven group dedicated to banning the sale of pets coming from inhumane puppy mills and kitten mills. Our mission is to actively engage with the Westminster City Council to request a humane ordinance that would accomplish this goal. If you believe in the motto, 'Adopt, Don't Shop', join us in our efforts to make Westminster a more compassionate place for our furry friends.
