Dear Qigong Friends,
These live-stream classes on Zoom are prepared as a way to support you in your home practice for better health.

Enhance your vitality and well-being with us. In these invigorating sessions, we'll focus on gentle yet effective stretches of different parts of the body. This will allow us to release tension, improve flexibility, and awaken your body's natural energy flow.
We'll pay special attention to the digestive system, and the morning energy boost.

This practice is for all ages.
