We'll focus on joints, shoulders, and leg strength.
No prior knowledge needed—everyone seeking healing for body, mind, and spirit is welcome.
QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines slow movements, breath attention, and meditation for body strength and flexibility.
Sessions suit all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes.
