Are you committed to up-leveling your overall health and wellness and looking to join a like-minded tribe? We'll practice mindful movement (*qigong), meditate, do acupressure points for healing, and other various healing events! Classes and events are held in Baltimore County and periodically in the surrounding areas, as well as online.
*Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as "energy yoga". Qigong isn’t your average workout. It offers space for deep transformation and healing. When you practice qigong, you’re practicing self-love and learning to heal yourself (truly from the inside out).
