Come learn meditations to make your life happy and meaningful.
In these weekly drop-in classes, we will go one-by-one through the Lamrim - a series of carefully crafted meditations that help you nourish the qualities in your mind that are conducive to happiness, and reduce painful thoughts and feeling. You'll learn how you can personally use these meditations and create your own meditation practice. There will be a special emphasis on the art of meditation and how to really make your meditations effective.
Everyone is welcome! No previous experience is required.
