📝 For the last couple of years, I've used journaling as an important tool to combat negative self-talk, connect with my emotions, sort my thoughts, practice gratitude, and prioritize what's important.
📚 For this meetup, Patricia Macias will lead us in a journaling session. Patricia is the author of the podcast "Más Curiosidad que Juicios," that's "More Curiosity Than Judgments" for you English speakers. It's a podcast about self-growth where she often talks about journaling.
