Thursday Game Night @ Astoria Food Pantry

We play all sorts of board games, light to heavy, and have a permanent collection at the pantry of staples like 7 wonders, catan, everdell, etc. People are more than welcome to run RPG campaigns as well!

This is advertised in multiple places, with a typical count of around or above 12 people with 3-4 ganes running at a time. We can't guarantee you getting into a game if you arrive too late, as we like to have a hard start time at 7:15PM and vibe out a closing time, usually around 11pm, but can go later depending on demand.

The location is a food panty, so please take care to clean up after yourself. The pantry appreciates (but does not require) donations via digital methods or cash. The food pantry runs on donations from the public and they are very generous in letting us use the space weekly, so we try to give back in return.

Examples of games played: betrayal, wingspan, overboss, boss monster, catan, risk, dead of winter, king of tokyo, and many more. Heavier games are more than welcome and often brought and played.

It's OK to bring food or drinks to the venue. Please respect the games and keep them clean if you are eating. This location does not have food to purchase, but it has plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity. Alcohol is allowed, but we ask you to limit yourself out of respect to everyone.

As per our usual, we are polite, clean up after ourselves, and have an excellent time.

If you are feeling sick, don't risk others' health by chancing it. Masks are required and provided by the pantry.
