Morning Meditation Programme
Join us for a peaceful, early-morning meditation session designed to bring calm and clarity to your day. This recurring event runs Monday through Wednesday from 06:30 to 06:45 hrs. It’s a flexible, come-as-you-are session, open to all experience levels.

- Format: Join online anytime during the session; leave as needed.
About the Sessions:
These sessions are secular and offer a spiritual ambiance to support your meditation journey. The structure is simple and intentional:
- Quiet Environment: All participants are required to stay on mute, creating a silent and focused space for everyone.
- Individual Techniques: Practice any meditation technique that resonates with you. Guidance is available for beginners (refer 'for newcomers' below).
- Non-Interactive: A facilitator will be online during the specified times and you're welcome to join and leave at your convenience. There is no interaction or speaking during the session, allowing for an uninterrupted personal experience.
Tip: Please ensure your device is muted when logging in, and turn off your device's audio to maintain a peaceful atmosphere during the session.
For Newcomers:
If you’re new to meditation, feel free to connect with us beforehand for a brief, one-on-one online session (about 20 minutes) to explore technique options.
