What we’re about
Queer? Love soccer? Kinda bad at it? Good. We’re a group of queer folk who love soccer but don’t have the time or money of skills to join a league. These are scrimmages and pick ups that are intended to be a fun and safe space for people of all ethnicities, identities and body types to come play soccer together. There’s absolutely no room for bigotry, phobia, or body shaming here.
Our games are for beginners/intermediate players who want a slower paced game, focusing more on queer community and fun rather than constant skill building and following every soccer rule.
Please know that everyone who comes to these games is a different skill level. At our games, we give each other time and space with the ball, we're not here to show off or coach each other on the field.
You don't need to have cleats or other soccer gear. Cleats are definitely better for stability, especially in the rainy season, but it's not required, so don't let that keep you from joining us.
