Rainbow Yoga at the Stardust Room

🌈 The Rainbow Fit Club invites you to a 6-week Rainbow Yoga Series in collaboration with The Fountain on Locust! 🌈

This inclusive space warmly welcomes all who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ along with their supportive allies, with a special focus on creating a nurturing and affirming environment for gender non-conforming and gender-expansive folks. Led by Elle Brodsky, this gentle, all-levels class is designed for every body and all abilities, celebrating the unique beauty and strength we carry. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Join us in honoring yourself, embracing community, and flowing together in celebration of who you are!

When: Tuesdays, 6-7pm (November 12 - December 17)

Where: The Stardust Room at The Fountain on Locust (3037 Locust St., St. Louis 63103)

Cost: Class is pay-what-you-can. Yoga classes typically range from $10-25 per class, but no one will be turned away or judged for a lack of funds.

What to bring: a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, anything else you might like. Limited mats may be available to borrow, but not guaranteed.

What to wear: Whatever you want! Clothes that make it easy to move around in are recommended, and layers are helpful for moderating your body temperature.

Accessibility Notes: Class is located on the second floor, which is only accessible by a flight of stairs. No elevator is available. Chairs are available, for those who prefer to not sit on the floor. The space can fit roughly 15-18 yoga mats.

How to Register: Please keep your RSVP current on MeetUp so we have an idea of how many people to expect. In the event of high levels of interest, we may implement an additional RSVP platform.

About Elle: Elle (they/she) has been teaching yoga since 2009, with a deep focus on accessibility and trauma-conscious practices. Once an enthusiastic show-off in yoga, Elle’s journey took a profound turn when chronic pain from a connective tissue disorder reshaped their entire approach to movement and mindfulness. Now, Elle’s practice is centered on honoring the body’s needs and creating an inclusive space where everyone can find their own version of strength and ease.
