Walk at Tower Grove Park

Join Rainbow Fit Club for a way low-key walk through Tower Grove Park! This walk is free and family-friendly. We'll meet by the Piper Palm House at 8am and walk together around the western half of the park.

The walk is about 1.5 miles, which takes an estimated 20-40 minutes to walk, depending on your pace. We try to leave no one behind! Plan for a leisurely 23-minute mile pace. The trail is paved, which means it is stroller and wheelchair-friendly. Pet Children and Human Children are all very welcome to join.

While our Meet Ups look to center queer bodies and queer experiences, friends and family are also welcome to join.
