Pagans at Play - Get Ready to Glitter!!
Details
Get in Bitches (said as the utmost endearment) we're doing Pagan Arts and Crafts!
Pagans at Play is about making time and space for us to do fun and engaging pagan-y things together. For this time amidst the normie holidays, let's gather at this lovely lakeside shelter and make some nature based or nature inspired ornaments! Pretty little sumthin' sumthins to maybe decorate your tree, or adorn your Yule log, maybe even to give away as a gift. Whatever sounds good to you!
Bring natural materials and craft supplies, whatever you can or whatever inspires you. I'll bring a bag of random forest treasures from my woods; i.e. pine cones, boughs, interesting sticks and rocks. Plus I'll bring an assortment of craft supplies, including ribbons, glue, and ALL THE GLITTER. To me, it isn't gay unless it's got at least some glitter on it. But I also semi-permanently glued glitter to my hands this morning making a Samhain craft, so my opinion is biased 🤣
Make sure to use the dropped pin on the map below to find us at Shelter 2 in the Ebenezer Church day use area of Jordan Lake.
Let's laugh and craft and lean in to some Queer Pagan-y joy 😄
I'm so excited for this, and hope to see you all there!
P.S. I will be bringing a sweet treat to share. Please feel free to bring your own lunch, or snackies, or anything you wish to share.
P.S.S. - will this turn in to a Winter Pagan Dessert competition as well? I dunno...will it?
P.S.S.S. - LOL of course not. It's just treats to share, no pressure, no expectations, it's not a competition.
Or is it? 🤨
