Raleigh Sister Circle & Unifying Heart Meditation

Come as early as 12:00pm to socialize and shop at Souly Holistic's crystals and more store. The New Moon Circle starts at 1:30pm. We will spend a short time in Circle and then visit and celebrate with one another the rest of the time. We will also be adding to our Manifestation Chain that we have created the last two years.

"We often schedule our days based around “shoulds” and “have to’s”, and the beauty of this particular theme, Self-Mastery: Every Choice I Make is Aligned with My Truth, is the opportunity to explore a different way to navigate through life.

The action we are invited to explore this new moon is simply this:
Slow down,
Take a deep breath,
Check in by asking...
“Is this in my highest alignment?”
Then be courageous enough to admit the truth to yourself and stand in it, even if it doesn't make rational sense.

Questions for Reflection and Discussion:
● How do you desire to feel as you go throughout your day? What actions support you in feeling that way?
● What tasks do you do during the day that steal your joy? Is there any way you can delegate, not do, or find a way to bring more joy into the task?
● What agreements, contracts, obligations, or commitments have you made that you’re ready to burn, compost, or re-write? How do these need to shift in order to be aligned with your current soul’s needs, values, and priorities?
● What does your soul desire to bring forth this new year? Listen deeply as you answer this question -- you may surprise yourself.
● What are your favorite self-love practices? What are your favorite self-reflection practices? What are your favorite solo practices for inner-work and healing?
