Lets meet Friday for a quick morning hike! Meeting 9am at the greenway kiosk sign to the right of the parking lot entrance.

We'll start from the Black Creek Greenway trailhead at Old Reedy Creek, cross over to Crabtree County Park via the hike/bike trail beside the lake, then go beyond the marina and around the lake on the new greenway, then cross the bridge back to Black Creek Greenway. NOTE: If the lake trail is closed due to wetness, we'll add some mileage on the paved greenway side, and make it an out and back hike.

This hike uses the paved greenway and woods trails. Bring snacks and water, dress appropriately, etc. Will be hiking around 3-3.5 mi per hour.

No small children please, but well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. Allow up to 2-2.5 hours for the entire hike, so back by 11-11:30am, no later than noon for sure.
