At Hangout Hub you can play games, chat, and connect other adults in a relaxed, informal, unstructured, and safe environment.

PLUS! Just in time for the holidays! Wrap your gifts at the library and add a personalized touch with stamps, ribbons and stickers.
Some supplies will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their extra wrapping paper, ribbons, tape, stickers, gift tags, colorful yarn, and bows to share!

Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this session is designed to immerse yourself in relaxation and tranquility as you are guided through various techniques, including breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness exercises to help enhance your overall well-being.

This meditation is led by Hema Singh who has been a resident of Rancho Peñasquitos for the last 10 years and has worked for Qualcomm where she led weekly meditation sessions for employees. She has been doing breath work and meditation for almost 20 years and participates in The Art of Living’s Millions Meditate campaign to enhance mental health and wellbeing.

Join Dr. Kegler on a guided journey to establish a clear vision for achieving your goals. Dr. Kegler has successfully applied this method to reach her own aspirations, including earning her doctorate and becoming a self-published author.
Dr. Kegler holds a Master of Arts degree in Postsecondary Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, both from San Diego State University. She has taught as an adjunct faculty member at local community colleges in San Diego and holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from International University in San Diego.
An active member of the International Speakers Network and National Society of Leadership and Success, Dr. Kegler is also the owner of an education and career consulting business, Kegler's Consulting. She is destined to assist clients with their educational and career goals by leading them on a guided path to create Vision Boards.
