Kayaking Lake Octoraro!

We will be launching from Jim's live bait and tackle at 212 Spruce Grove Rd Kirkwood, PA 17536. There are kayak rentals available at the lunch location: $35 for the first two hours, then $12 for each additional hour. Or you can bring your own boat, in which case the launch fee is $5.

Life vests are included with the rentals.

The Octoraro is a pretty large lake. Two hours won't be enough to explore all of it, but it should be enough to have some fun. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen!

Note: if you are renting, we would suggest calling a few days in advance to make a reservation.

We can gather at Kreider's Market afterwards for dinner and games.
