Welcome to Fast Friending & Speed Socialising Sydney Singles Meetup.
Piggybacking last decade's Internationally Successful Fast Impressions Speed Dating & Fast Match Singles Speed Dating events, you will be love this new concept.
Members of this group come from all walks of life. They seek to learn new things and socialize usually making new friends.
We are not just listing the usual social gatherings but also various unexpected activities. There will be many variations to speed dating which are not so stringent with time constraints.
More and more events will be registered shortly on this meetup group and will be announced either weekly or monthly.

We've been running this meetup for 2 years!! Each week we get together and see this awesome comedy show in Newtown.
We have a table reserved for us right by the bar. And there's a discount for our group (see below!).
This comedy show is wild and hilarious - all of the comedians make everything up on the spot.
There are usually at least 15 people from MeetUp who come to this event.

During the show, we get to vote on the comedians we like the best. It's a tonne of fun!

Come along to this FREE stand up comedy class.
After the class there's food and drinks at the bar. And then at 7:30, there's the Sydney Stand Up Comedy Championships.
This MeetUp has been taking place for just over a year now. We typically get at least 20-30 people coming to the class.
Have a drink during the class and then chill and have food afterwards.
During the class there's a new element of stand up comedy that's taught. There are six classes in total!It's all free and afterwards there's a MeetUp table for us to hang out at.

This MeetUp event is great for people who love comedy and having a laugh - all while meeting someone new. The event organiser has been running MeetUp events for over three years.
He came to Sydney about five years ago and found MeetUp a great way to connect with new people and make new mates.
This MeetUp is great for travellers, people living in Sydney who would like to meet new people, and even singles who are looking to make new connections.
Because you're voting on the comedians during the show, there's plenty of options to chat during the show. Plus there's an intermission. The event usually finishes at around 9:15, so you can also keep on hanging out after the show - the venue closes at midnight!
The Bank is one of Newtown's best bars. This event takes place in the exclusive rooftop section of The Bank. There's an outdoor area for smokers, as well as a great selection of food and drinks. Newtown is in Sydney's inner west and is one of the best areas for nightlife in Sydney.
The Bank is conveniently located right next to Newtown station. It's on King Street, which is easily available by bus or car as well. If you're parking, we recommend looking for parks around Australia Street, or behind the Bank around Angel Street.
