We will walk west from Hello Sugar on the Centennial Trail above the Spokane River and through a residential area toward TJ Mehann bridge...and return.

Want to get out and start your day with a little exercise, but don't have all day? ...Then give our Centennial Trail walks a try. Nearby, scenic, and an easy, leisurely pace. These are a series of short, easy, morning walks on the paved Spokane River Centennial Trail. Over several weeks, from different trail heads, our walks will progress along the trail through Spokane and Spokane Valley. The views are scenic and varied, and the pace casual. Each walks at their own comfortable pace. THIS walk **begins at the park across from Hello Sugar**, 419 N Nettleton St, Spokane, WA. Use the described location and streets for parking and map directions.

Always check the Meetup page prior to setting out for an event for any last minute changes. These are intended to be leisurely walks, so if unfavorable weather is anticipated, the event may have to be postponed. Persons with possible limitations should consider having a walk partner join you. Please join us for our short morning walks to explore the Centennial Trail. A great way to start the day and to get some exercise! If you need to cancel, please change your status. No restroom at trailhead. Dogs on leash permitted. WE WILL MEET in the picnic playground area, at the NORTHEAST SIDE of N. Nettleton and W. Ohio. There is a coffee shop adjacent to our Meetup start location for those wishing to enjoy a cup before or after our walk. When gathering for the start, we'll locate on the playground grass next to the trail. When walking be mindful of the other trail walkers and bicyclists.🤠
