Impact to Investing from Election & Holiday Fun

The New Location at the Reading Airport was a massive hit! So we are going to make it official --- this will be the new home of the meetup.
For December, we are going to have two themes:
Topic 1 - Doug Loeffler, one of the smartest accountants and advisors I know, will be speaking on his best guess on the Impact of Election on Real estate investing. Doug is the president of Loeffler Financial Group -- a firm that works with clients nationwide on accounting and financial planning. He works with investors and business owners to proactively set strategies based on the ever changing tax rules. Clearly there will be some major tax and real estate implications so I'm excited to hear what Doug has in store for us. Timing is especially interesting as you think about end of year tax planning.

Meetup is held at the Reading Airport. Come into the main airport, just like you were going to take a flight out of the airport or if you were going to the restaurant Klingers. You will see signs for the meetup once you get in!

We get rolling at 630 and the meetup is free for all real estate investors.
