We'll be going to the 2pm showing and seated in C11 and C12, so get seats close to those if you'd like to sit together.

Once we have an idea of how many people are attending, we'll discuss getting food and/or drinks before or after.

There are quite a few artists participating and the list is not final. We won't actually do this as a group for the entire time (from 1-8) but instead we'll pick a reasonable 1-3 hour block with some time for socializing before and after.

This is Utah’s famous Sundance Film festival. There are several options for attendance and you’ll need to get your own tickets, then we can use Meetup to organize and hangout for meals and in line (lots of that) before the films.

Tickets go on sale Oct 23. I’ll be getting the city pass and trying to get to as many films as possible (22 last year of I remember correctly).

We are taking a trip to New York to do some artsy things. As a group we’ll schedule at least one Broadway show, one museum visit (probably two), and some dining event.

A couple of us are going to see far more shows, museums and dining together, so we’ll be flexible with anyone who wants to join in. We’re also assuming people will have their own interests and split into different groups doing different things.

We’ll get more detail about those events listed soon (we’re still working out our own itinerary), but wanted to post this early so you can put it on your calendars.

Obviously you’ll need to cover all of your expenses; this is just about the coordination.
