Biltmore Estate Bass Pond Trails Walk NOTE $70 fee unless you have the pass

Note...$ 70 to enter the grounds if you don't have the annual pass. Meet 10 AM at Gardener's Place shop area parking lot. There is a gravel overflow lot as paved lot is small and usually full. Please familiarize yourself as this is a small parking area by the Conservatory .See photo of the parking area. Not any of the big parking areas. Look for RFAR signs. This is Bass Pond area trails .There is a hill we may be doing so I would say this could be considered moderate. However you can stop and turn around if you want.
