Join us every Thursday for this 50 minute class to build a stable lower and mid-body foundation for running.
Class structure:
- Start with mobility focusing on the lower limbs
- Move into plyometrics to make you faster
- End with running specific strength training.
Classes are led by certified physical therapists. Throughout the class they will educate you about running form. Modifications available to tackle injuries.
