Join us every Saturday for a supportive space dedicated to those under 30 managing significant mental health challenges. Our group focuses on positive activities like coloring/drawing, sunset walks (weather permitting), and interactive discussions on mental health techniques. Connect, create, and explore ways to enhance your mental well-being in a safe and understanding environment.

This group is specifically designed for individuals who are managing mental health conditions that significantly impact their daily lives. We understand that everyone's mental health journey is important, and if this group isn't the right fit, we're happy to help direct you to other resources that might better meet your needs.

The host is a trained peer supporter who experienced depression and anxiety for the past 13 years. He has three years of peer support experience.
