Free Reiki Circle on Saturday

• Where: Frisco Public Library "Unconference Room"
• When: 1:00 pm to 2 PM (ish)
• What to bring: an open heart, and willingness to share and experience Reiki energy with others!
• No cost - this is free!

We are planning our Saturday Reiki Circle at the Frisco Public Library. Our Circle will meet for about an hour (2 pm to 3 pm-ish) in the "Unconference Room" - this room is located on the second floor of the Library, and it is accessible by stairs or an elevator.

Feel free to park at the front of the Library building - when you come inside of the Library Lobby, you will see a large staircase on the left. The "Unconference Room" is located near the top of the staircase on the second floor; an elevator is also available if preferred.

Look for the Reiki Circle sign that will be taped to the "Unconference Room" window announcing that you are in the right place! If you have any issues finding the room, a help desk is located near the Library entrance, and the librarian will be happy to help direct you.

What to expect:
We will start with a brief discussion on reiki energy, and I will demonstrate how to measure chakra energies for yourself and others. We will talk about clearing chakra blockages with Reiki energy, and (if time allows) we may discuss some of the common causes of physical illnesses.

When we are ready to begin, each participant will have a moment to form their intentions for the Circle share.

Once the intentions are formed, we will allow time for anyone who wishes to receive Reiki energy to move to the center of the circle one at a time and receive the Reiki energy from the group.

It is not required that you receive Reiki to be part of the Circle, and you do not need to be trained or experienced in Reiki to share your energy with the group.

Reiki energy can be received either while lying down on the message table or sitting on a chair, if preferred.

We will use a "non-touch" approach - we will share Reiki energy through our energy fields, without any direct physical touching of the participant receiving the energy.

Helpful Tip: please leave any foods or drinks (other than water in a closed container) at home, and avoid any heavy perfumes or colognes due to participants who may have sensitivities. I will bring organic essential oils, so please let me know if you are sensitive to essentials oils.

If you can't join this session, we've scheduled additional Reiki Circles once a month on Tuesday nights.

Hopefully those options can accommodate scheduling needs, but please let me know if some other timing would work better for you.
