Reiki Share *New price and information in Description*

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that promotes
healing of the physical body, the mental body
and the spiritual body.

All levels of Reiki Practitioners welcome.

Anyone who would like more information about Reiki or would like to experience Reiki is welcome to attend and experience the energy of Reiki.

Reiki is for everyone.

Each person will have the opportunity to receive Reiki. You will lay down on a massage table. You can lay face up, face down or both. Clothing remains on. Blankets are available if needed.

The length of your session depends on how many are attending. Average session time is 15 minutes.

For anyone that is not a Reiki Practitioner, for anyone that has not completed at least a level 1 Reiki Class, you will receive Reiki first and are welcome to sit and observe for the remainder of the event. Know that Reiki flows to all attending throughout the event even when you are not on the table!

Reiki practitioners of all levels are welcome to gift Reiki.

Children may attend for no charge with prior approval.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Bring a sweater or blanket if you get chilled easily.

Light snacks and water are provided.

It is recommended to drink more water for a few days after attending to assist your body to flush and release.

We will set sacred space and intentions shortly after start time. Please be on time as it is important to set space and intentions together as a group. Stay until the end to close sacred space together or alert Lesa you are leaving early as there are quick closing steps to energetically disconnect safely from the group.
