Jen is a Trauma sensitive Yoga Instructor (500 RYt) and Therapist (600 YT) as well as a Reiki level 3 practitioner. She infuses embodied techniques and tools to guide you through a meditation and into the reiki share. She fills her circles with ideas of self regulation and centering. As she guides you through your body, mind she will ask for an intention. She enjoys playing on the earth and continuing to learn more to deepen her practice.
