Get in depth training with Katie Cavenagh on a variety of instruments such as the singing bowls, gongs, and percussion instruments. ## December:

### Wed 12/4 - 6-8:30pm - Group Facilitation Part 1

Begin to work on creating soundscapes for small groups. Learn how to use the acoustics of a room, what instruments to bring, placements, and structure. Explore how to use your voice and sound as a guide for the group to bring them in and call them back, as well as common mistakes to avoid. All materials provided or bring your own. $125

### Wed 12/11 - 6-8:30pm - Group Facilitation Part 2*

Build on the foundations of Group Facilitation 1 to create a soundscape for a small group (within the class) and take your practice to a deeper level. Learn how to bring a group to a place of deep relaxation and self-healing while holding space and protection. Explore ways to set up your space energetically and physically, as well as go through a full group immersion practice session. All materials provided or bring your own. $125

*Must have fulfilled Group Facilitation 1 requirements to attend

### Sun 12/15 - 11-4pm Elemental Sound Intensive

Gain an understanding of the five elements and how they work with sound within the body and energy field. Play a variety of instruments to discover the power the elements elicit within your soundscape. Determine when, how, and where to use each element to alleviate ailments and create a healing elemental soundscape to use within your own practice. Open to all. It is recommended to have some basic sound healing training, however it’s not a prerequisite. $250

### Fri 12/20 - 6-8:30pm - Business Basics for Healers

Open to anyone wanting to start or grow their healing business. Topics such as marketing, customer acquisition and onboarding, best practices, focus and clarity will be discussed. Get personalized consulting, strategies, and next steps for your business. Q & A for tech, email marketing, websites, and advertising. $125

### Sat 12/28 - 11-4pm - Gong Intensive Level 1

Open to all! Discover the wonderful world of gongs. Explore how the gongs elicit a very specific response to your intention of healing and/or relaxing, as well as help you achieve altered levels of consciousness. Learn how to use this new awareness to your advantage with your personal healing and/or spiritual practice. Try out multiple sizes and styles of gongs. All materials provided. $250
