I invite you to join this online meditation session 'connecting with your purest energy'.

Every day we are in the middle of so many distractions and collective energies. It is easy to be influenced by all that, often unconsciously. But we can feel tired, unfocused and diffuse, maybe without knowing what is going on.

In this session we will do a meditation to reconnect with your core, essence and pure energy. It will uplift and inspire you. You will gain more consciousness about what is distracting and influencing you, so that you can make changes in your life.
