Ski/Snowboard and Eat in Japan

Where: Niseko, Hokkaido and surrounding resorts (Rusutsu and Kiroro) and also central Hokkaido (Furano and surrounding resorts/backcountry). Niseko is on the IKON pass (discounts available).

Highlights: Ski some of the deepest and driest powder on the planet on Japan's Northernmost island. Averaging 14 meters of snow ("Japow") a year, Japan in January is nearly a sure bet to ski deep, light powder. Experience onsen (thermal hot baths), incredible Japanese cuisine, and a culture full of hospitality and beauty. Visit a fish market, brewery and whiskey distillery. Eat delicious yakatori, sushi, ramen, and the amazing bounty of Hokkaido seafood. Optional cat skiing, sidcountry adventures, or backcountry tours available.
Ski/snowboard level: ADVANCED/EXPERT with powder experience.
