A drum entrains the human heartbeat with Earth’s heartbeat. You can join the circle without drumming. Everyone is welcome. A short meditation will take place before the drumming. Please bring your drums or rattles if you have them. Lori will bring extras of both. Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket for your comfort. RSVP Lori at [email protected]
