Gentle movements meet deep restoration and relaxation through postures, guided meditation and breathing practices. We will have time to chat, share and ask questions if you feel like staying after the practice.
This session is intended to help individuals drop some personal baggage before the end of the year and go into the holidays with fresh energies and their sights set on new possibilities for the upcoming year.
You will experience gentle movements, breathing exercises and a deeply restorative guided meditation. I blend my background in Ayurveda and yoga therapy to help the community find joy and inner peace through these sessions. Appropriate for all ages, but designed with having busy and hard-working adults in mind.
If you have RSVP'ed and cannot attend, please cancel by two hours before the event so the spot becomes available for other attendees.
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Bring a mat, a small pillow and a soft blanket.
Our goal is to begin on-time and doors will be closed within 10 minutes after start time.
