Rev. Zan Benham has worn many hats during her tenure here on earth. She is an ordained Interfaith, Universal New Thought Minister and a Sufi Cherag. She is also an energy worker, a certified hypnotist, a shamanic practitioner, Reiki Master teacher, motivational speaker and Wisdom of Avalon Oracle Card reader. She has studied metaphysics for over 40 years practicing and integrating religious/spiritual philosophies from east to west into her work to help empower others into embracing their own Divine Connection.
Rev. Zan aka Butterfly Deerwoman is also a ceremonialist, active in Native American Healing Circles. She has led many Sweat Lodges, Shamanic Journeys, and leads an annual Drum Making Workshop. She is honored to be a bearer of the Sacred Medicine Pipe, in the tradition of the late Sun Bear. Her many Shaman led trips to Peru have enhanced her shamanic and intuitive practices.
Rev. Zan regularly teaches Reiki Certification classes and facilitates weekly classes on Tuesday nights at Unity of Sarasota on Living the Law of Attraction.
Rev. Zan’s journey is and has been that of a catalyst; to serve in the spiritual re-awakening to understanding our inter-connectedness with Divine Source, one another and all things. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve.
